From the Library, on the left sidebar, click the New Folder button. A dialog will prompt you to name your new folder. After naming it, click Create, and your new folder will appear in the asset library.

Moving assets between folders is simple. In the My Library section, find the asset you want to move. To the right of the asset, click the folder icon labeled Move to Folder. A dialog will pop up, allowing you to select the target folder. Confirm your selection, and the asset will be moved to the chosen folder.

Deleting assets is just as straightforward. In the My Library section, locate the asset you want to delete. Click the trash can icon labeled Delete next to the asset. A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you are sure you want to delete the asset. Confirm the action, and the asset will be removed from your library.

Organize Your Assets

You can create folders to organize your assets and easily move them between folders to keep everything in order. This helps you manage your media library more efficiently.

View Modes

Augie provides two view modes in the My Library section: grid view and list view. Each mode offers a different way to display and manage your media assets.

In grid view, assets are shown as thumbnail images arranged in a grid. This view provides a visual representation of your media, making it easy to identify files at a glance.

In list view, assets are displayed in a detailed list. Each item in the list includes information such as media type, length, aspect ratio, and the last modified date. This view is useful for quickly sorting and filtering assets based on these attributes.

  • Available details in grid view: Thumbnails of the assets in your library.

  • Available details in list view: Media type, length, aspect ratio, and last modified date.

Compare Grid and List Views

Grid view shows media assets as thumbnails, making it easy to visually scan your library. List view provides detailed information like media type, length, aspect ratio, and last modified date.
